  技术革命在创造新岗位的一起,对部分传统职业形成冲击。随着自动化、传感器技术和在线服务的使用范畴不断扩大,行政管理以及传统的安全、工厂和商业范畴估计丢失的工作岗位最多,承受查询的组织猜测,到2027年,包括收银员和票务员,数据录入、管帐、记账和薪酬职员,以及行政和执行秘书在内的记载保存和行政职位将削减2600万个。   
  另一方面,受诸如供应链缩短、投入成本上升、农业技术使用的添加和对适应气候变化的出资添加等要素影响,一些非技术范畴的工作将出现大幅增加。《陈述》显现,未来五年,年增加最快的职位将是农业设备操作员、重型卡车和公共汽车司机、职业教育教师以及机械师与机械修理工。      未来五年44%的工作技术将被调整。在2027年之前,60%的工人将需要技术训练,但目前仅有一半的工人可以取得满足的训练时机。《陈述》以为,分析思维和创造性思维是未来五年技术训练最重要的两项内容。虽然人工智能和大数据在大规划就业的核心技术中,仅排在第15位,少数公司以为人工智能和大数据被过度强调为一项核心技术。   
  对职工的重要性将下降,但仍有59%的公司猜测,其重要性将上升,许多公司将其视为战略优先事项,从现在到2027年的五年间,人工智能和大数据相关技术,被参与调研的公司以为是其训练战略的第三要务,也是职工规划超过5万的公司的榜首要务。
